
We’ve rolled out a series of powerful updates to Loyalty Hub to help you localize your brand and shorten the path to purchase. Here’s what’s new:
1. Multilingual Support
You can now fully customize and translate all text in the Loyalty Hub. Head to Brand Style > Text & Language and edit your preferred language.

2. Enhanced Activity History
We have added sub-pages for Points, Referrals, and Coupons .Customers can now view their full interaction history, reducing confusion and increasing trust.
3. Coupon Terms & Conditions
You can now display specific Terms & Conditions for each coupon, providing clear usage rules and expiration details upfront.
4. Conversion Optimization
We’ve streamlined the redemption flow to drive more sales.
For general Coupons, clickiing "Check out now" button after redemption takes customers straight to the checkout page. For free product coupon, it automatically adds the product to the cart, applies the discount, and redirects the customer to the cart.
